Qi Zhou 
Qi Zhou received the B.Sc. degree in Instrument Science and Engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2017, and the M.Sc. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou, China, in 2019, and the Ph. D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Macau, Macao, China. Currently he is working as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Macau.

Haihua Li 
​Haihua Li received the B.Sc. degree in microelectronics from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2017, and the M.Sc. in Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Science, Beijing, China, in 2020. From 2020 to 2021, he worked as RFIC designer in Smarter micro Inc. , Guangzhou, China. He received the Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Macau, Macao, China, in 2025. He is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Macau.

​Dan Shi received the B.Sc. in Microelectronics and the M.Sc. in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics at Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 2016 and 2019 respectively. Her research interests include Ultra-low-voltage analog IC design for IoT system.

Boyang Cao received the B.Sc. degree in Electronic Science and Technology from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China in 2019, and the M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 2021. From 2021 to 2022, he worked as a Logic Design Engineer in Cambricon, Shanghai, China. ​Zhang Zehao received his B.Eng. degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from both the University of Glasgow, UK and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China in 2020. Later in 2023, he received his M.Sc. degree in Electronic Science and Technology from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China. From 2023 to 2024, he worked as an analog IC designer at M-Chip Limited. , Chengdu, China. Now he is pursuing a Ph. D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Macau, China.

Rui Luo received the B.Sc. degree in microelectronics from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2017, and  the M.Sc. in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Science, Shanghai, China, in 2020. He obtained the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering with the University of Macau, Macao, China in 2024.
His research interest include ultralow-power crystal oscillator and multiclock for IoT system.

Fan Shuhao, PhD (2024) (First job: post-doc at Harvard University)
Fan Shuhao received the B.Sc. degree in electronic and information engineering, Northeast Forestry University, Harbin, China, in 2016, and the M.Sc. in IC Design Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, China, in 2017. From 2018 to 2020, she worked as product engineer in FAW-VW, Changchun, China.  She obtained her Ph.D. degreee from the State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI (AMSV) of University of Macau, Macao, China, in 2024.
Her research interests include portable nuclear magnetic resonance system.

We actively look for PhD/MSc/BSc students in different areas of Analog/Mixed-Signal IC design, including multidisciplinary (electronic/chemical/physical/biological) system design with applications in life science, ultra-low-voltage analog IC, precision analog electronics, etc. Applicants with background in electronics/biology/physics are welcome. We provide fellowship/stipend for outstanding candidates.
